The Challenge

Maintain consistent, professional and fluent communication in English in a wide variety of formats: digital, audiovisual, editorial and institutional.

Ensure a consistent voice in English that reflects the group’s founding values (excellence, innovation, international vision), adapting messages to different audiences: families, teachers, international organizations and social networks.

Improve the linguistic quality of content generated through automatic translation or written by non-native speakers.

My Role

As a bilingual and institutional content specialist, I collaborated with different departments of the organization in the following areas:

  • Voice over and English voice over for institutional, promotional and educational event videos.
  • Proofreading and editing of previously translated web content through machine translation, ensuring naturalness, accuracy and professional tone in English.
  • Content management and editing in WordPress, collaborating in the structuring and publishing of multilingual pages.
  • Proofreading and editorial adaptation of historical texts about the institution, written by the founder, for publication in English (commemorative books and institutional essays).
  • Writing and managing content for social networks in English, with special focus on institutional milestones, international events and global brand messages.
  • Terminology monitoring and overall consistency in all external communications to English-speaking audiences.

Results

A solid and professional institutional presence in English was achieved, adapted to both academic environments and wider international audiences.

The edited and managed content strengthened the credibility, visibility and coherence of the group in its multilingual communication strategy.

The editorial work contributed to preserving and disseminating the history of the institution, aligning the founding legacy with its current international projection.

Digital communication (web, videos, social networks) was consolidated as an effective tool to attract international families and position the group as a global educational reference.
